Herb Cheese Muffins Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 teaspoon dry chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon each dry dill, basil, and oregano
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1/3 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
Combine Bisquick, onion, sugar, and herbs.Mix the egg and lowfat milk together; beat slightly.
Add in this, the butter, and wine to the dry ingredients.
Beat till blended.
Turn out into a well greased muffin tin (makes 12 regular size muffins).
Sprinkle the cheese on top.
Bake at 350 degrees till brown and crusty, about 25 min.
Serve with butter.
