Herb Cheese Muffins Recipe
DirectionsCombine Bisquick, onion, sugar, and herbs.
Mix the egg and lowfat milk together; beat slightly.
Add in this, the butter, and wine to the dry ingredients.
Beat till blended.
Turn out into a well greased muffin tin (makes 12 regular size muffins).
Sprinkle the cheese on top.
Bake at 350 degrees till brown and crusty, about 25 min.
Serve with butter.
