Ultimate Butterscotch Chip Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
- 3/4 c. Crisco
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. butterscotch chips
- 1/2 c. oatmeal
- 1 c. pecans, minced or possibly walnuts
Directions
Cream Crisco, white and brown sugar, lowfat milk and vanilla in large bowl.Blend in egg.
Combine flour, salt and baking soda.
Add in to creamed mix gradually.
Add in oatmeal.
Stir in butterscotch chips and nuts.
Drop rounded tablespoonsful of dough on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 min for chewy cookies.
