Santa Fe Coleslaw
Ingredients
- 4 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 2 cups torn spinach leaves
- 1 12 cups jicama, shredded
- 2 green onions, chopped,
- 1 cup cooked corn
- 1 cup tomatoes, finely chopped
- 14 cup cilantro, chopped
- 14 cup mayonnaise
- 14 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons chipotle chiles in adobo, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice, fresh
- season to taste with salt
Directions
Pour dressing over slaw mix.Stir until combined.
