Crockpot Italian Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1 pound mushrooms fresh, smallish buttons
- 1 large onions peeled, halved and sliced pole to pole
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 each Italian Dressing Mix, prepared (click to view recipe)
Directions
(Use a store-bought packet of Italian dressing mix or save and make your own in about 5 minutes, see other recipe) Layer the mushrooms and onion in a slow cooker or Crockpot.Combine the butter olive oil and salad dressing mix; pour over the mushrooms.
Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or until mushrooms are tender.
Serve with a slotted spoon.
