Chicken Pineapple Boat Recipe
Ingredients
- 12 ounce cooked chicken, cubed
- 1 can (15 1/4 ounce.) pineapple chunks, (juice pack), chilled & liquid removed
- 1 med. green pepper, cut in strips
- 1/2 c. water chestnuts, sliced
- 3/4 c. Zesty salad dressing
Directions
In salad bowl combine chicken, pineapple, green pepper and water chestnuts.Pour zesty dressing over chicken mix.
Toss lightly.
Makes 4 servings.
