Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 100 grams Cake flour
- 1 tbsp Katakuriko
- 40 grams Peanut butter
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Milk

Directions
Mix all the ingredients.Knead well until the dough comes together.
When you are cutting shapes with cookie cutters, roll out the dough with a rolling pin, cover with plastic wrap, then let it sit in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
You could also roll them into your preferred size balls and bake instead.
You can either use cookie cutters or a knife to cut shapes.
Bake them in the oven for about 10-15 minutes at 170C / 340F.
