Tuna Tartare Guacamole
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 serrano chili, minced (increase or decrease to make based on preferance)
- 1 tablespoon red onion, minced,
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, minced,
- 3 ounces ahi tuna, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons ponzu sauce
- sprinkle sesame seeds
- 1 cup jicama, shredded
- 2 tablespoons chipotle mayo
- salt and pepper to taste
- fried wonton strips, (optional)
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chipotle puree, (canned chipotles in adobo pureed in a blender)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 lime

Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well.Keep covered in the refrigerator until ready to use.
