Pineapple Stuffing "Cupcakes"with Cinnamon Buttercream Drizzle



Preheat oven to 350. Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs one at a time until incorporated well.
Mix in cubed bread and drained pineapple.
In a well sprayed muffin tin spoon pineapple stuffing mix 3/4 full.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until butter knife inserted comes out clean.
Warm icing,milk and cinnamon in microwave on 10 second intervals until a "drizzle consistency" is achieved.
Remove from a muffin pan, plate and drizzle with icing.
