Breakfast Egg And Sausage Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pound sausage
- 2 bread, sliced, cubed
- 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
- 6 Large eggs
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
Directions
Brown sausage and drain grease.Spread bread cubes in buttered 12x8 baking dish.
Top with sausage and cheese.
Combine egg, lowfat milk, and seasoning.
Beat well and pour over casserole.
Cover and chill over night.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
