Creamed Cornbread Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 Large eggs
- 2 pkg (8 1/2 ounce.) cornbread mix
- 2/3 c. vegetable oil
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 can (17 ounce.) creamed corn
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.Beat Large eggs in large bowl till frothy.
Sprinkle in cornbread mix.
Add in oil and lowfat milk, mix till smooth.
Stir in creamed corn.
Pour batter into a well greased 14 x 10 inch baking pan.
Bake 45 min or possibly till golden and hard.
