Pumpkin Spice Kettle Corn



In a large pot over high heat mix together the oil, sugar and pumpkin spice.
When its hot add the popcorn and put the lid on.
Shake the pot over the heating element until the popcorn starts to subside in popping.
Do not leave the pot on the stove once the corn stops popping, as the sugar will burn.
As it continues to pop you may want to remove it completely from the element or turn your heat down slightly.
Spread out the popcorn on a cookie tray to cool (make sure to remove any un-popped kernels).
Break apart any large chunks.
Store in an airtight container for a few days.
