Diabetic Dessert Recipe



Combine butter, brown sugar substitute, diabetic sweetener, and egg.
Beat 2 min at high speed.
Add in remaining ingredients and blend 2 min at low speed.
Pour into 8 inch square pan and sprinkle with minced nuts.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min.
Frost with diabetic whip, if you like.
