Grilled Turkey Shish Kabob
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 pounds turkey breast tenderloins
- 13 cup chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 each bay leaves
- 8 each mushrooms
- 8 each cherry tomatoes
- 1 medium zucchini 1/2 inch slices
- 1/2 each green bell peppers 2 inch squares
- 2 each onions cut into fourths
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions
Cut turkey tenderlions into 1 1/2-inch cubes.Mix next 4 ingredients; pour over turkey cubes.
Toss to coat; refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
Thread turkey and vegetables alternately on skewers.
Brush lightly with oil.
Broil or grill 6 inches from heat or coals for 10 minutes.
Turn and brush occasionally with marinade.
