Mother's Cooked Salad Dressing Recipe



In a double boiler: beat Large eggs well, add in sugar, salt, paprika, mustard and flour.
Heat vinegar to boiling point - pour over egg mix, beating all the time.
Add in lowfat milk gradually, cook till thick as desired, beating constantly.
Makes about 2 c.
. This is always used for our potato salads.
Combine this dressing with whipped cream for fruit salads.
