Corn Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 12 cup unsalted butter
- 1 can whole corn, w/juice (no salt added)
- 1 can creamed corn, (no salt added)
- 1 package Jiffy cornbread mix
- 8 ounces sour cream
Directions
Saute onions in oleo.Add corn, Jiffy mix and sour cream.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or the edges begin to brown.
