No-Cook Light Raspberry Jam - CERTO Light Crystals
DirectionsCrush raspberries, one layer at a time.
Sieve half the pulp to remove seeds, if desired.
Measure exactly 4 cups prepared raspberries into large bowl.
Combine pectin crystals and 1/4 cup sugar; stir into prepared fruit.
Let stand 30 min.
, stirring occasionally.
Add remaining sugar; stir 3 min.
or until most the sugar is dissolved and no longer grainy.
(A few sugar crystals will remain.
) Pour into clean containers, filling up to 1/4 inch from rims.
Cover with lids.
Let stand at room temperature 24 hours or until set.
Refrigerate or freeze until ready to use.
