My Milwaukee Brewers Tailgate Sweet Mustard



Combine mustard and vinegar.
Cover and let stand overnight.
In top of a double boiler over simmering water, whisk eggs, sugar, salt, and paprika.
Stir in mustard mixture and cook, whisking constantly until thick.
Pour into jars and cool.
Store in the refrigerator.
*This recipe makes about 2 cups mustard.
