Mixed Garden Salad with Creamy Cajun Ranch Dressing
Ingredients
- 2-1/2 qt. KRAFT FREE Ranch Dressing
- 1/4 cup Cajun seasoning
- 9-1/2 gal. romaine lettuce, torn
- 17 each medium tomatoes, each cut into 6 wedges
- 50 each hard-cooked eggs, sliced,
- 3 qt. canned kidney beans, drained, rinsed
- 3 qt. mushrooms, sliced, fresh,
- 3 qt. cucumbers, sliced, halved
- 3 cups red onions, chopped,
Directions
Mix dressing and Cajun seasoning; cover.Refrigerate until ready to use.
For each serving: Place 3 cups lettuce in carry-out salad container.
Top with 3 tomato wedges; 1 hard-cooked egg, sliced; and 1/4 cup each beans, mushrooms and cucumbers.
Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp.
