Hamburger Vegetable Soup - Crock Pot
- 8 ounces beef, ground, cooked and drained
- 1 onion, diced,
- 1 green pepper, diced,
- 2 cans (15 ounce) tomatoes, diced, (with celery, green pepper and onion)
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 can (14 1/2 ounce) beef broth
- 1 bag (16 ounce) mixed vegetables, frozen, (Classic mix with carrots, peas, green beans and corn)
- pepper, ground, fresh, to taste
DirectionsThrow everything in crock pot and stir.
Cook on Low for 6-8 hours.
