No-Cook Light Peach Jam - CERTO Light Crystals



Peel, pit and finely chop peaches.
Measure exactly 3-1/2 cups prepared peaches into large bowl.
Combine pectin crystals and 1/4 cup sugar; stir into prepared fruit.
Let stand 30 min.
, stirring occasionally.
Add remaining sugar; stir 3 min.
or until most the sugar is dissolved and no longer grainy.
(A few sugar crystals may remain.
) Pour into clean containers, filling up to 1/4 inch from rims.
Cover with lids.
Let stand at room temperature 24 hours or until set.
Refrigerate or freeze until ready to use.
