Yakisoba Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 24 ounces yakisoba noodles
- 4 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 sweet sweet onion, sliced,
- 1 red pepper, sliced,
- 1 green pepper, sliced,
- 1 yellow pepper, sliced,
- 4 tablespoons pickled ginger
- 2 zucchini, sliced,
- 8 ounces sugar snap peas
- 8 ounces carrots, sliced,
- 8 ounces cremini mushrooms
- 8 ounces broccoli
- 8 ounces green beans
- 12 cup teriyaki sauce
- 12 sweet chili sauce
- 1 cup pineapple, fresh
- white and black sesame seed
Directions
pan fry noodles in sesame ginger sauce.and remove from pan.
stir fry vegetables in rice bran oil on high heat.
add :.
carrots.
onions.
peppers.
broccoli.
zucchini.
sugar peas.
pickled ginger.
mushrooms.
fresh pineapple.
macadamia nuts.
glaze vegetables with teriyaki and sweet chili sauce.
serve over pan fried noodles/or organic wild rice medley.
top with black and white sesame seeds.
