Garlic Dijon Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra-virgin
- 2 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic small, minced, or more or less to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 x black pepper to taste

Directions
Combine lemon juice, vinegar, oil, mustard and garlic in a blender.Blend until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper.
(If you don't have a blender, you can combine every ingredient in a medium bowl, then whisk until well mixed.
) To keep it in an air-tight jar in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
