Creamy Arugula Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 cups arugula, roughly chopped
- 1 1/2 cups cilantro, fresh, roughly chopped
- 1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced,
- 1 tablespoon water, or as needed
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste, ground

Directions
Place arugula, cilantro, avocado, lime juice, and garlic in a blender; pulse until combined.Add water as needed to thin sauce.
Season with salt and pepper.
