15 Minute Lemon Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/3 c. Powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 c. Graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. Butter, melted
- 8 ounce Cream cheese
- 2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 pkt Instant lemon pudding
Directions
Mix sugar; crumbs, and butter.Bake as for crumb crust.
Mix cream cheese till smooth.
Gradually blend in 1/2 c.
lowfat milk till smooth and creamy.
Add in remaining lowfat milk and pudding mix.
Beat slowly with egg beater for 1 minute.
Don't over-beat.
Pour into cooled crust.
Chill
