Amish Starter Cornbread Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 c. Amish batter
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. cornmeal
- 1/4 c. oil
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
Directions
Combine Amish batter, Large eggs, lowfat milk, sugar, flour and cornmeal in a large bowl and beat at medium speed for 2 min.Add in oil, baking soda, salt and baking pwdr.
Mix well and pour in well greased 9" pan.
Bake at 425 F 25-30 min.
