Vickys Asian Inspired Chicken Strips, Gluten, Dairy, Egg & Soy-Free



Mix together the wet ingredients plus the garlic & ginger to make a marinade Toss in the chicken strips and coat well.
Cover and chill in the fridge for 2 - 4 hours Put the rice crumb / flour and pepper in a shallow dish Put a little oil in a frying pan and heat over a medium heat while you toss the marinated chicken strips in the seasoned flour Fry off for a few minutes until golden Serve over noodles, brown rice or some stir-fried vegetables
