Vickys Asian Inspired Chicken Strips, Gluten, Dairy, Egg & Soy-Free
Ingredients
- 900 grams chicken, cut into strips stir-fry size
- 4 tbsp rice vinegar
- 4 tbsp Vickys Soy-Free Soy Sauce from my profile
- 4 clove garlic, finely chopped,
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp ginger, ground
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 oil for frying
- 140 grams rice crumbs, or flour
Directions
Mix together the wet ingredients plus the garlic & ginger to make a marinade Toss in the chicken strips and coat well.Cover and chill in the fridge for 2 - 4 hours Put the rice crumb / flour and pepper in a shallow dish Put a little oil in a frying pan and heat over a medium heat while you toss the marinated chicken strips in the seasoned flour Fry off for a few minutes until golden Serve over noodles, brown rice or some stir-fried vegetables
