Oniony Cheeseburger
Ingredients
- 1 pound Meat, Ground
- 1/2 cups Yellow Onion, Small Dice
- 6 dashes Mustard, Ground
- 3 pinches Salt
- 3 pinches Black Pepper, Ground
- 4 ounces, weight Worcestershire Sauce
- 6 slices Provolone, Or Swiss Cheese
- 6 whole Hamburger Rolls
Directions
Dice up your onion very fine.Combine all ingredients (except the cheese and rolls) into a bowl and mix well.
Divide the meat into 4-5 ounce balls.
Then form into patties.
Place into oven on broiler setting (500 degrees F).
Cook for 10 minutes on one side and then flip and repeat.
Once cooked add cheese and cook for 2-3 more minutes until cheese melts.
Be sure to toast your bread you can do that in the oven while the cheese melts.
Top rolls with burgers and burger toppings of choice and be prepared for yumm-ness!
