Cheese Rice



Put 2 tablespoons of the butter in a saucepan.
Melt the butter.
Add the rice until and mix until every grain of the rice is covered with butter.
Pour the water and chicken broth.
Stir once.
Let the mixture come to a boil.
As soon as it starts boiling, turn the heat to the lowest and simmer until the rice has absorbed all the water, about 20-25 minutes.
Turn the heat off.
Mix the cheese and stir lightly.
