Green Tea Milk Hearth Bread



Put the ingredients into a bread maker pan.
Put dried yeast in the yeast compartment.
Wait until the first proof.
After 5-minute kneading, add butter.
After the first proof, take out the dough and divide the dough into two and shape into two balls.
Cover with a moist tea towel over the dough to prevent drying and let it sit for 15 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 390F/200C.
After proving, sprinkle flour and make 5 slits on each dough.
Bake in the 355F/180C oven for about 20 minutes and it is done.
