Zippy Veggie Salad
- 4 cups broccoli florets, fresh, bite sized flowerets
- 5 cups cauliflower florets, fresh, bite sized flowerets
- 12 cup peas, frozen, thawed
- 14 cup red onion, chopped
- 14 cup radish, chopped
- 12 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 12-34 cup mayonnaise, lowfat ok
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 14-12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon garlic powder
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 14 teaspoon sugar
DirectionsIn a large bowl, toss together all of the veggies.
In another bowl, stir together the sour cream, mayo (start with the lesser amount), horseradish, salt, garlic powder, pepper and sugar.
Pour the dressing over veggies; toss to caot well.
