Fruit Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 envelope (1.5 ounce) instant dessert topping
- 2 cans (20 ounce) fruit cocktail, drained
- 1 can (20 ounce) pineapple chunks, drained
- 2 cups grapes
- 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows, or to taste
Directions
Whisk sugar, eggs, pineapple juice, lemon juice, and flour in a saucepan until smooth.Heat egg mixture over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened, about 10 minutes.
Set aside to cool completely.
Whisk milk and dessert topping in a large bowl until fluffy.
Fold cooled egg mixture into dessert topping.
Fold in fruit cocktail, pineapple chunks, grapes, and marshmallows.
