Miso and Garlic Flavoured Pork and Green Pepper Stir-Fry



Roughly chop the pork and the green peppers.
Microwave the garlic with the peel on for 1 minute at 500 W.
While it's hot, peel and crush it.
(Try not to burn yourself!) Combine miso sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Add the crushed garlic, and mix.
Stir-fry the pork, then the green peppers.
(Sprinkle salt and pepper as required.
) When cooked through, pour in the miso sauce from Step 3, and continue stir-frying for 1-2 more minutes.
Serve onto a plate, and you're done.
