1 12 quarts vanilla ice cream, softened
1 34 cups pumpkin puree
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice, (don`t use last years buy fresh)
12 cup brown sugar

Directions

Mix the pumpkin, spices and brown sugar together.
Fold in the softened ice cream.
Taste to adjust spices to your likings! Freeze to desired consistency.
