Taco Seasoning
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 5 teaspoons paprika
- 4 12 teaspoons cumin, ground
- 3 teaspoons onion powder
- 3 teaspoons salt, or 3 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 2 12 teaspoons garlic powder
- 18 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 lb beef, ground or 1 lb chicken
- 23-34 cup water
Directions
In a bowl, combine dry ingredients and store in airtight container in cool dry place for up to 6 months.This recipe will make approximately 3 batches of tacos.
Cook beef over medium heat till no longer pink and then drain.
Add water, and 1/2 cup of seasoning mix.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, simmer for 10 minutes uncovered.
