Belgian Buttermilk Soup Recipe

Mix flour with 1 c.
of the lowfat milk to smooth paste.
Bring remaining lowfat milk to boil.
Stir in flour mix.
Cook stirring constantly, till thickened and smooth.
Gradually stir in buttermilk.
Bring to boil remove from Heat.
Place egg yolks in soup tureen.
Gradually stir warm soup into the egg yolks.
Serve warm with brown sugar on the side.
Makes about 2 qts.
