Yosida's Ribs
Ingredients
- 2 kg pork ribs
- 2 chili's, diced, dried,
- pinch salt
- 3 tbsp cooking butter
Directions
Season the ribs with salt and then marinate with the sauce.Leave to marinate for at least 2 hours.
Pre-heat oven to 190 c.
My oven is fan assisted.
In an ovenproof dish, coat the bottom with cooking butter such as flora.
Put the ribs on the tray and cover well with foil.
Transfer to the oven and cooking for 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours.
Let the ribs stand for 10 minutes once removed from the oven.
