Hash Brown Ham & Broccoli Quiche
Ingredients
- 4 whole Eggs
- 1 cup, 2-23 teaspoons, 78 pinches Shredded Monterey Jack & Cheddar Cheese
- 1- 1/2 pint Hash Brown Potatoes, Frozen, Thawed
- 1- 1/2 cup , Frozen, (thawed) Or Fresh Diced Broccoli
- 1 cup Ham, Diced, (Turkey Optional)
- 1 cup Low Fat Sour Cream
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt

Directions
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees 1. Press the hash browns onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased 9-in.pie plate, forming a shell.
2. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until brown and crispy.
3. Sprinkle with broccoli and ham.
4. In a bowl, beat the eggs, sour cream and salt; stir in cheese.
Pour over broccoli.
5. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
