Fresh Salsa Mexicana
Ingredients
- 3 large ripe tomatoes, finely chopped,
- 12 medium white onion, finely chopped,
- 2 -3 serrano peppers, minced (with seeds if you want really hot)
- 3 tablespoons cilantro, fresh, coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice, fresh, (or to taste)
- 12 teaspoon salt, (or to taste)
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together in a medium-size bowl; let stand for 15 minutes to blend to flavors.For best taste and texture, serve within 3 hours of preparing.
