Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened or margarine
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/8 cups white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well with each addition, then stir in the vanilla, bananas and peanut butter.
Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; gradually stir into the creamed mixture.
Finally, stir in the rolled oats and chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto an unprepared cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
