Primavera Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 12 cup ricotta cheese
- 12 cup cooked broccoli floret
- 12 cup cooked white beans
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced (red or yellow pepper)
- 12 cup thinly sliced onion
- 13-12 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- salt and pepper
- 12 cup basil, shredded, fresh,
Directions
Spread tomato sauce on pizza dough.Top with vegetables and then the cheese.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Bake at 450* for 15-20 minutes.
Top with basil leaves before serving.
