Ported Cheese Apple
Ingredients
- 125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 1-1/2 cups (375 mL) Cracker Barrel Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 Tbsp (15 mL) Port wine
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 bay leaf

Directions
Mix first 3 ingredients; place on sheet of plastic wrap.Shape into ball; wrap tightly with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
Unwrap cheese ball; sprinkle evenly with paprika.
Insert cinnamon stick in top to resemble stem of an apple.
Add bay leaf at base of cinnamon stick.
