Marinated Roasted Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
- 3 pork tenderloins
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp ginger, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp five spice powder
- cinnamon
Directions
1. Place all ingredients in a glass bow, mix to coat pork.Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning pork occasionally.
2. Preheat oven to 375F.
Remove pork from marinade.
Fold thin tail of tenderloin underneath and place on a foil lined baking sheet.
3. Roast pork for 25 to 30 minutes or until cooked.
4. While pork is cooking, place marinade in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
Use this to baste pork during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
5. When pork is cooked, cool and refrigerate.
6. To serve, slice thinly.
