Gazpacho
Ingredients
- 1 cup tomatoes, finely chopped, peeled and
- 12 cup green pepper, finely chopped,
- 14 cup onion, finely chopped,
- 12 cup celery, finely chopped,
- 2 teaspoons snipped parsley
- 12 cup cucumber, finely chopped,
- 1 teaspoon snipped chives
- 1 small garlic clove, minced,
- 2 -3 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper, ground
- 12 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups tomato juice
Directions
Combine all ingredients; place in stainless steel or glass bowl.Cover and chill for 4 hours.
