Grilled Romaine Salad

Ingredients

Directions

Place dressing, vinegar, sugar and onions in food processor container; cover.
Process until pureed.
Pour into bowl; cover.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
Drizzle romaine with olive oil.
Grill over medium-high heat 5 min.
, turning occasionally.
Cut each piece lengthwise in half.
For each serving: Place 1 romaine piece (1/4 of a head) on serving plate; top with 3 Tbsp.
of the dressing mixture, 1/4 cup of the tomatoes and 2 Tbsp.
of the cheese.
