Easy Cornbread Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 package (8 1/2 ounce) corn muffin mix
- 12 cup butter
- 1 (8 ounce) sour cream
- 1 can (14 3/4 ounce) creamed corn
- 1 can (15 1/4 ounce) corn
- 2 eggs
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.Transfer to 9x12 baking pan.
Bake at 350 for 45 min or until it starts to brown and become firm.
