Chocolate Pudding Cake
Ingredients
- 12 cup all-purpose flour
- 14 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 34 teaspoon baking powder
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 34 cup boiling water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Mix together flour, 1/4 cup sugar, the 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Add milk, oil, and vanilla.
Stir until smooth.
Pour batter into an ungreased 1 1/2 quart baking casserole dish.
Mix together the 1/2 cup sugar and the 2 tablespoons cocoa powder in a small mixing bowl.
Gradually stir in the boiling water.
Pour evenly over batter in the casserole.
Bake 30 minutes.
Cool 20-30 minutes.
