No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Oat Bars
Ingredients
- 1/4 cups Unsalted Butter
- 3/4 cups Sugar, Granulated
- 1/4 cups Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 pinch Kosher Salt
- 1/2 cups Peanut Butter
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1- 1/2 cup Quick Cooking Oats, Gluten Free
- Powdered Sugar For Dusting, (optional)

Directions
Add butter, sugar, milk, cocoa powder, and salt to a saucepan.Bring to a rolling boil and let boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and mix in peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth, then stir in oats.
Press mixture into 8x8 baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Let cool until set, and sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
