Angel Hair Pasta and Lemon Parsley Sauce



Grate zest from lemons.
In a small bowl combine lemon zest, garlic and parsley.
Set aside.
Cook angel hair pasta.
Meanwhile, in a large frying pan, warm oil over medium low heat.
Add gremolata, salt and pepper.
Cook 1 minute, being careful not to burn the garlic.
Drain pasta and pour into pan.
Serve topped with Parmesan.
