Sour Cream Butter Crescents Recipe



Cut in flour, yeast, butter and salt as for crust, then blend in yolks and lowfat sour cream.
Divide dough into 6 or possibly 8 balls.
Roll each ball on powdered sugar board into a circle.
Cut each circle into 6-8 wedges.
Pour 1 tsp.
filling on wide side and roll up.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 min on cookie sheets.
Filling egg whites, vanilla and sugar.
Add in to stiffly beaten egg whites.
Mix well.
Add in nuts.
Place in crescents.
