Crock Pot Corn Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn
8 ounce lowfat sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
2 Large eggs, beaten
1 box Jiffy corn meal mix

Directions

Spray pot with non-stick spray.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour in crock pot.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hrs.
You can cook on high 4 hrs, it gives you a crisp ring around outside.
